The Goulburn-Crookwell Rail Trail Inc is seeking to establish a flagship attraction for the region...

Goulburn-Crookwell Rail Trail Inc has been established with the objective of creating a cycling and walking trail along the 54km disused railway corridor between Goulburn and Crookwell.

The trail would offer the opportunity visitors and residents alike to travel through scenic grazing country and unspoilt bushland on a wonderful cycle or walk across the Tablelands. As has been proven extensively in Victoria and New Zealand, railway corridors make excellent trails due to the slight gradients required by trains when they were in operation. This makes the trails accessible to novice riders as they meander through the beautiful countryside.
